At the heart of your power burner is a double-ring burner system, and the Versa Power Cooking System gives you exceptional grilling power with up to 45,000 total BTUs. Alfresco designed this burner to offer an enormous cooking range from 400 BTUs, all the way up to 45,000 BTUs of high heat power. At the center of your burner system is a brass burner that adjusts between 400 and 20,000 BTUs, perfect for cooking small side dishes. Whether you need to melt butter, simmer your favorite BBQ sauce, slow-cooking soup, or steam veggies, this inner brass burner is perfect for the job. The outer stainless steel burner ring reaches an enormous temperature stretching from 5,000 BTU up to 45,000 BTUs.
