The PGS 57-Inch Modano BBQ Island provides a pre-assembled, professional-grade alternative to custom outdoor kitchens. Built around a fully welded, extruded aluminum frame with aluminum doors, end panels, and a powder-coated finish, the Modano system is engineered to withstand harsh weather, repeated use, and long-term exposure in residential or commercial settings. The cast aluminum countertop installs securely over the cabinets and includes a 1.5-inch protective overhang that helps shield the structure from spills and the elements.

The modular design allows for quick assembly using stainless steel hardware, while removable drawers and internal shelving make cleaning and maintenance fast and convenient. Internal brackets allow for safe management of gas and electrical lines, ensuring a clean and secure installation.

The included PGS T-Series 30-Inch Built-In Natural Gas Grill delivers exceptional durability and commercial reliability. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it uses two heavy-duty stainless steel burners producing a total of 45,000 BTUs. The upgraded 16-gauge flip baffle system distributes heat evenly while eliminating the need for ceramic briquettes.

The grill features 540 sq. in. of primary cooking space with 5/16-inch Vari-Grid™ stainless steel rods, a continuous-spark ignition system, and laser-etched control panel instructions that never fade or peel. Anti-theft control knobs and the FuelStop® one-hour gas timer make it ideal for shared or commercial environments such as HOAs, resorts, apartment communities, and parks.

PGS provides a 1-year commercial / lifetime residential warranty on the grill housing, cooking grids, warming rack, and stainless steel burners. Flame tamers and brass valve assemblies carry a 1-year commercial / 10-year residential warranty. The Sure Start™ ignition system is covered for 1 year under any use.
